PENYELESAIAN PERKARA TINDAK PIDANA PENGGELAPAN NOMOR REGISTRASI 63/PID.B/2025/PN.KPN

This paper examines the settlement of the embezzlement case, Registration Number 63/Pid.B/2025/PN.Kpn, with a focus on the settlement process and the obstacles that arose during its implementation. This study aims to analyze and understand
the stages of embezzlement case settlement and identify obstacles encountered during the process. The research method used is empirical juridical research, with data collected through observation, case file documentation, and literature review. This research was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, using empirical facts from conferences, along with provisions of criminal procedure law and relevant legal literature. The implementation of this case settlement indicates that the stages of criminal procedure law have been carried out in an orderly and systematic manner. However, in practice, obstacles remain in the execution aspect, particularly related to the period of omission during the legal process, which results in legal disclosure. Suggestions, careful management of the detention period is needed so that the implementation of criminal procedure law not only runs procedurally, but also ensures legal certainty and protection of the rights of the accused.
