Abstract

This study aims to describe the "My Traveling My Experience" program at SMP Muhammadiyah 12 GKB and its impact on strengthening the spiritual values of students participating in the program. The research employs a qualitative approach, specifically a case study design. The selection of SMP Muhammadiyah 12 GKB Gresik as the research site was based on the availability of required data, including documentation, routine activities, and informants capable of providing rich and in-depth information. Data collection was conducted through observation during program implementation, interviews with the school principal, vice principal for Islamic education, accompanying teachers, students, and parents, as well as program documentation. Data analysis utilized a condensation model, involving data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the "My Traveling My Experience" program, in achieving its objectives and fostering Islamic culture, encompasses four core activities: faith and piety, public speaking, social concern, and courtesy. The study also reveals that the program has a positive impact on enhancing the spiritual dimension of students. It not only strengthens their spiritual aspect but also transforms their attitudes, behaviors, and thought processes in daily life.
