Abstract

This study aims to develop a mathematical problem-solving skills are an essential 21st-century competency that has not yet developed optimally in secondary school students. This problem is influenced by procedural learning and the use of learning tools that have not been systematically designed and responsive to differences in student learning readiness. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of a mathematical problem-solving lesson plan (RPP) and student worksheet (LKPD) based on mathematical problem-solving. Problem Based Learning(PBL) differentiates readiness levels in improving high school students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This research is a researchResearch and Development(R&D) which refers to the ASSURE model, which includes the stages analyze learners, state objectives, select methods, media, and materials, utilize materials, require learner participation, as well as evaluate and reviseThe subjects of the study were grade X students of SMA Negeri 2 Sampit. The results showed that the developed lesson plan and student worksheet were in the valid category based on expert assessment, practical based on student responses, and effective in improving students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This improvement was seen in the achievement of indicators of problem understanding, strategy selection, problem transformation, process skills, and final solutions. Thus, the PBL-based lesson plan and student worksheet with differentiated readiness levels are suitable for use as alternative learning tools to support adaptive and meaningful mathematics learning.
