Abstract
This research aims to analyze the process of internalizing Islamic Education (PAI) values through an anti-bullying program at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Nunukan, as well as the resulting impacts. The anti-bullying program, named GAUNG (Gerakan Anti Perundungan or Anti-Bullying Movement), was designed as a holistic effort to shape student character and address bullying issues at school, which were triggered by low scores in the school safety climate report and feedback from students.
The results of the study indicate that the internalization process of PAI values through the GAUNG program is carried out comprehensively through three main stages: planning and socialization involving the entire school community; implementation integrated into the curriculum, habituation, and extracurricular activities using various innovative methods such as digital news and drama; and monitoring, evaluation, and tiered follow-up that empowers students.
The GAUNG program has proven to provide significant and multifaceted positive impacts. This is evident from the decrease in bullying incidents, positive changes in student behavior, improvements in the school climate and culture toward becoming safer and more religious, and increased awareness across the entire community. Thus, this program confirms that a religious value-based approach implemented holistically is effective in creating an educational environment that is safe, peaceful, and characterized by noble morals (akhlak mulia).
