This study aims to describe the process of digital transformation in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning, the application of digital technology, its impact on student understanding, and the challenges faced at SD 002 Muhammadiyah Nunukan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study is based on Piaget and Vygotsky's constructivism theory, Mayer's multimedia learning theory, and Graham's blended learning concept. The results of the study show that the digital transformation of PAI learning takes place gradually through the integration of digital media in the planning and implementation of learning. The use of videos, animations, and digital quiz applications increases student motivation and understanding, even though there are still limitations in infrastructure and teacher digital competence.
