INTERNALISASI NILAI KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DALAM SISTEM PERKADERAN: ANALISIS PERKADERAN IKATAN MAHASISWA MUHAMMADIYAH DI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH KENDARI

This research aims to analyze the process of internalizing the value of spiritual intelligence in the cadre system of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) and the impact of the process of internalizing spiritual intelligence. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to explore the experiences of cadres and instructors during the cadre process. The results of the study show that the internalization of spiritual intelligence values takes place through structured cadres, including the delivery of Islamic material on monotheism, life goals, morals, and human values; dialogical interaction through discussion, question and answer, and reflection on values; as well as the example of instructors who become concrete models for cadres. This process is in line with Muhaimin's theory of internalization of values which includes three stages: value transformation through the provision of conceptual understanding, value transactions through the exchange of ideas and active responses of cadres, and transinternalization of values through habituation, supervision, and consistent worship practices. The impact of internalizing values can be seen in strengthening the divine awareness of cadres, increasing the meaning of life as a form of devotion to Allah SWT, and growing moral sensitivity to good and evil. In addition, cadres show increased patience, gratitude, responsibility in carrying out the organization's mandate, and more inclusive social concern. This change confirms that the cadre process not only shapes cognitive understanding, but also fosters spiritual intelligence that is reflected in the cadre's behavior and moral commitment. Overall, the IMM cadre plays an important role in forming a mature and divine values-oriented spiritual character in the life of the cadres.
