Abstract
In implementing a project, it is infrequent to find a project that goes as planned. Project delays are often a source of disputes and demands between owners and contractors. It is costly from the perspective of both the contractor and the owner. The concept of earned value is one of the tools used in project management that integrates cost and time. The objectives of the study are to analyze the estimated time required to complete the project and the estimated final cost of the project against the contract value. This study results indicate that up to the evaluation at week 12, the value of the ACWP is Rp. 700,549,206.41, BCWP is Rp. 903,305,976.67, and the BCWS is Rp. 1,145,023,561.43. The cost variance (CV) is Rp. 654,962,726, and the schedule variance (SV) is Rp. - 316,788,954. The figures indicate that the expenses incurred are lower than the planned budget, but the project execution is delayed compared to the initial plan. The amount of the ETC cost estimate (estimate to complete) is Rp. 537,603,222.04, and the EAC (estimate at complete) is Rp. 2,344,215,175.38. The length of the TE (Time Estimate) required to complete the project in 8.29 weeks.
