Abstract
Suboptimal sustainable procurement results in a lack of compliance with environmental and social regulations. The limited measurable evaluation makes the decision-making process less effective and hampers the potential for achieving the company's sustainability goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the determining factors that influence the success of sustainable procurement. This study uses the DEMATEL method to analyze cause-and-effect relationships. Then it also uses Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) to calculate the importance weight. The results obtained six main factors that influence the success of sustainable procurement, namely productivity, social, quality, cost, management, and sustainable procurement factors. The results of the analysis show that several dominant factors such as social, cost, management, and sustainable procurement are influential and can affect other factors. In determining the weight, it shows that price efficiency and the implementation of occupational safety aspects are the main factors that need to be focused on in sustainable procurement.
