Abstract
Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of both students and teachers, where teachers not only act as educators but also serve as role models in fostering a positive school culture. Organizational culture is one of the factors that influence the emergence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, namely teachers’ voluntary behaviors that support the smooth functioning of schools beyond their formal duties. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on OCB among public high school teachers in Mojokerto. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal design, involving 274 teachers from six schools selected through the two-stage cluster sampling technique. The instruments used were the Organizational Culture Scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with SPSS 26 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB (p < 0.05), with a contribution of 7.1%. Descriptive analysis also indicated that both variables were in the high category. The findings of this study confirm that a strong organizational culture plays an important role in enhancing teachers’ voluntary behaviors, such as helping colleagues, taking initiatives, and supporting school goals.
