Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Karyawan Rumah Sakit

Hospital employees often face psychological pressure due to high job demands, one of which is influenced by social support. This study aims to examine the impact of low social support on the psychological well-being of hospital employees. Specifically, the research investigates the effect of social support on the psychological well-being of hospital employees. This study employed a quantitative method with a total of 124 respondents selected using quota sampling. The results of the analysis indicate a significant influence of social support on psychological well-being (F = 29.811; p < 0.001). The implication of this study is that hospital employees can achieve psychological well-being in the workplace by fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
