Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment and Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction, as well as to test the mediating role of Career Development among healthcare workers at Puskesmas Brondong. This research is significant because healthcare workers’ job satisfaction is closely
related to the quality of health services, while leadership style, work environment, and career development are key factors that influence it. The population in this study consisted of 87 people. Using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, a sample of 71 medical personnel was selected for the study. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and scale range analysis. The findings reveal that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction but does not significantly affect Career Development. Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on both Job Satisfaction and Career Development. Moreover, Career Development positively and significantly affects Job Satisfaction. The mediation test indicates that Career Development does not significantly mediate the effect of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction, but it significantly mediates the
effect of Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction.
