Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance on Employee Loyalty with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT X in Jombang Regency. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of declining employee loyalty caused by the imbalance between work demands and personal life, as well as inadequate recognition of working time and flexibility. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 110 employees selected through total sampling. The collected data were analyzed using Path Analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. The results revealed that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Furthermore, Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Job Satisfaction was also found to mediate the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Employee Loyalty. These findings suggest that effective implementation of work-life balance policies can enhance employee satisfaction and strengthen their loyalty toward the organization.
