PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN AYAH DALAM PENGASUHAN TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENIKAH PADA PEREMPUAN DEWASA AWAL DI KOTA MATARAM

Early adulthood is an important transition period in an individual's life, one of which is marked by the decision to get married. However, the phenomenon of postponement of marriage that occurs in early adult women continues to increase every year. This is caused by various factors, one of which is father's involvement in parenting. The father's involvement in parenting makes an important contribution to the lives of children, especially girls, in acting, establishing relationships with the opposite sex, and choosing life partners. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of father's involvement in parenting on marriage readiness in early adult women in Mataram City. This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total of 336 respondents. The results showed that father's involvement in parenting has a positive and significant influence on marriage readiness. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can be a reference for further research and become a reference for parents and individuals who are preparing for marriage.
