Abstract

The new capital (IKN) development increases infrastructure needs around Paser Regency. The Long Sayo Access Road Planning Project aims to improve connectivity and local economy. This study designs a technically sound, efficient, and sustainable road.Methods include topographic, geotechnical, traffic, and hydrological surveys with CBR and rainfall analysis. The design applies flexible pavement (Bina Marga 1987) and U-ditch drainage. Cost estimation uses East Kalimantan SSH 2024, with 322 working days. Results confirm that the pavement and drainage meet technical and economic criteria, supporting infrastructure
development around IKN.
