ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN WISATA BERKELANJUTAN DI GUNUNG PUCUNG ADVENTURE PARK DESA BULUKERTO, KOTA BATU

Bulukerto Village is one of the villages in Bumiaji, Batu City, which has great potential in the field of tourism due to its location in a mountainous area with natural panoramas. This potential is being utilized by the community and the village government to develop the Gunung Pucung Adventure Park natural tourist destination, which has been gaining recognition since 2020. The presence of tourism also supports the improvement of the community's economy and Village Original Income (PADes). However, in its management, there are still various challenges in the development of sustainable tourism.
This study aims to analyze the development of sustainable tourism at Gunung Pucung Adventure Park, Bulukerto Village, Batu City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results of the study show that the development of Gunung Pucung Adventure Park has been quite successful, but there are still challenges in terms of promotion that have not been optimized. The application of sustainable tourism principles in economic, social, and environmental aspects through 4A analysis (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary). This tourism initiative has successfully increased visitor numbers and boosted local economy by opening up business opportunities for MSMEs and providing employment for the community. However, broader promotional strategy is needed to increase the park's appeal tourist destination, so that Gunung Pucung Adventure Park can develop as sustainable nature tourism destination while improving the welfare of the community in Batu City.
