Abstract
School well-being refers to students’ subjective perceptions of comfort and satisfaction at school, based on the fulfillment of their basic psychological needs. An unsupportive school environment may negatively influence students’ behavior and academic performance. One psychological factor that contributes to school well-being is a growth mindset, defined as the belief that individual abilities can be developed through effort and learning. This study aimed to examine the relationship between growth mindset and school well-being among high school students. A quantitative research design was employed, using a random sampling technique with a total of 298 student participants. Data were collected using standardized scales measuring growth mindset and scales of school well-being. Data analysis was conducted using a correlation test with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results
revealed a significant positive correlation between growth mindset and school well-being, suggesting that students with higher levels of growth mindset tend to report higher levels of school well-being
