Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as a mediating variable among employees of UD. Widodo Elektrik. The sample in this study consisted of 47 employees of UD. Widodo Elektrik. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques employed were scale range analysis and multiple linear regression, with the assistance of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on OCB, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB. Furthermore, the findings show that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on OCB through organizational commitment as a mediating variable.
