Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance. The sample consisted of 45 employees of Meloy Hospital working in the administration and pharmacy departments. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that both motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline was found to be the most dominant variable influencing the performance of Meloy Hospital employees.
