Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the SISCO application-based accounting information system on the quality of financial information at PT Globalindo 21 Express Malang. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through structured interviews with three respondents who directly used the SISCO application.
The results indicate that the SISCO application is quite effective in supporting financial recording and reporting, despite several obstacles such as limited offline access and data inconsistencies in some situations. In general, the resulting financial information is quite accurate, relevant, timely, and understandable. These findings emphasize the importance of system effectiveness in supporting the quality of financial information required by companies
