KAJIAN KRIMINOLOGI TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP ANAK DI WILAYAH KEPOLISIAN RESOR MALANG (Studi Kasus Di Polres Malang)

Sexual Violence Crimes are currently occurring in the community. Various types of cases of criminal acts of sexual violence such as sexual intercourse/rape of children to sexual abuse often become cases that steal public attention. The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors behind the occurrence of cases of sexual violence against children, countermeasures in reducing the number of sexual violence against minors. The method used in this research is the sociological juridical method (empirical) this method emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object, interviews, literature studies and also websites / internet. In this study, it is concluded that the background of sexual violence cases are family/parental factors, social media technology factors, divorce factors, low economy, living environment, human trafficking, alcoholic
beverages, and biological factors. The countermeasures taken by Malang Police are preventive efforts and repressive efforts. Suggestions from this study to overcome the high number of
cases of sexual violence against children in Malang Regency, namely Strengthening Families and Communities, Preventing Through Digital, Overcoming External Root Problems. Furthermore, to be more optimal in tackling cases of sexual violence against children in Malang Regency, involve the community more deeply, strengthen the capacity of experts, and optimize the use of technology.
