ANALISIS DAMPAK PERMAINAN JUDI ONLINE TERHADAP KESADARAN DAN KEPATUHAN HUKUM PADA KALANGAN REMAJA (STUDI KASUS PADA KOTA MALANG)

Online gambling cases are very high and have a negative impact on its users, not a few people are caught in online gambling games and the majority of them are teenagers. Moreover, with the increasing development of electronics and the internet today, it is easier for teenagers to access online gambling sites. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of online gambling on the legal awareness of teenagers in Indonesia, with a focus on the phenomenon that is increasingly widespread among the younger generation. The type of research conducted uses a normative legal method approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzes it qualitatively. The results of this study show that every year teenagers play online gambling games more and more, because the variety of online gambling sites makes teenagers more interested. So that online gambling has an impact on its players, one of which is addiction which results in crimes such as stealing, lying, and other illegal acts. The conclusion of the study is expected to provide a clear picture of teenagers' perceptions of online gambling and its impact on their legal awareness. In addition, this study will also discuss the existing regulations related to gambling in Indonesia, including legal sanctions regulated in the Criminal Code.
