Abstract
Turnover intention behavior has serious implications for organizational productivity and is a particular concern among hotel employees. Turnover intention is an employee’s desire to leave his job. One factor that influences turnover intention behavior is job insecurity. This study aims to assess the extent to which job insecurity plays a role in controlling turnover intention behavior among hotel employees. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study involved 96 hotel employees selected using snowball sampling. The instruments used were the Job Insecurity Scale (JIS) and a Turnover intention scale. Data analysis was conducted using a simple linear regression test. The results showed that job insecurity has a significant influence on turnover intention behavior among hotel employees, with a coefficient value of B = 0.533 and a significance level of p<0.01. Additionally, job insecurity accounts for 54.8% of the variance in turnover intention behavior.
