The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The theoretical framework is based on James S. Coleman’s Foundations of Social Theory, focusing on three key modalities: social capital, human capital, and physical capital. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and archival studies. The research site was Rumah BUMN Kota Malang, with participants drawn from the BRIncubator program in 2023 and 2024. The findings reveal that BRIncubator, as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, has made a significant contribution to strengthening MSME modalities. In terms of social capital, the program succeeded in fostering trust, cultivating norms of participation, and expanding business networks that encouraged collaboration and new entrepreneurial opportunities. In terms of human capital, participants gained substantial improvements in knowledge and skills related to marketing, financial recording, operational management, and digital marketing strategies, most of which were implemented in their business practices. Meanwhile, in terms of physical capital, the utilization of coworking spaces, display rooms, technological support, and financial rewards effectively strengthened production capacity, promotion, and business branding. Overall, BRIncubator functions not only as a technical training program but also as a strategic arena for collaboration, networking, and facilitation that empowers MSMEs within the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Its main impact lies in improving competitiveness, business sustainability, and transforming MSME actors toward greater economic independence.
