Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of transformational leadership and workload on employee performance at Perumdam Among Tirto Kota Batu. The population used consisted of 40 employees and employed a saturated sampling technique. The techniques used in collecting samples were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used a scale range, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression through the SPSS program. This study used the T-test to test the hypothesis. The scale range results showed that transformational leadership was in the good category, workload was in the low category, and employee performance was in the high category. From the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
