Abstract
Sleep quality is the level of good or bad sleep patterns or cycles of an individual, sleep quality also affects various aspects of health, from physical to psychological. Anxiety is when someone describes an emotional feeling, the emotion is in the form of fear and worry. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of anxiety and sleep quality of Gen Z. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection uses a questionnaire with the instrument used for the sleep quality variable is the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, while for
the anxiety variable using the DASS-21 instrument. The respondents of this study were Gen-Z with an age range of 17-27 years with a sample of 145 subjects. The results of the descriptive test on the sleep quality variable have a mean of 10.33 with a standard deviation of 1.74. Meanwhile, the anxiety variable has a mean of 16.73 with a standard deviation of 8.67.
