UPAYA PT TRIMEGAH BANGUN PERSADA DALAM MENDUKUNG KOMITMEN INDONESIA TERHADAP PARIS AGREEMENT MELALUI PROGRAM CSR DI PULAU OBI

This study aims to find out the forms of implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada (TBP) on Obi Island in support of Indonesia's commitment to the Paris Agreement. Using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches, data were obtained through informal and flexible literature studies and in-depth interviews. Robyn Eckersley's environmental political theory and CSR 2.0 concept are used as a framework to understand the orientation of the implementation of the company's CSR program. The results of the study show that PT. TBP has implemented various CSR programs, including post-mining land reclamation, mangrove conservation and rehabilitation, as well as community development and empowerment programs. The community considers that the implementation of the program has been carried out, but it is still uneven and has not fully involved local participation. The community also described environmental changes on Obi Island such as increasing frequency of floods and health problems. So that according to the views of the residents, PT. TBP is not sustainable and is only implemented to improve the company's image.
