Pengaruh Manajemen Talenta Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Barbershop Kota Malang)

This research aims to determine the effect of talent management and motivation on
employee performance at the Barbershop and Stylist Barbershop in Malang. The
type of research used was quantitative involving 100 respondents consisting of 70
hairdressers and 30 stylist babershops in the city of Malang. The data collection
used was using questionnaires and gforms. The data analysis method used is a
range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show
that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance at the Malang City Babershop
