ANALISIS DAMPAK PROGRAM KEMITRAAN DAN BINA LINGKUNGAN PT PETROKIMIA GRESIK TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN GRESIK

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) implemented by PT Petrokimia Gresik on improving community welfare in Gresik District. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving company representatives, local government, and program beneficiaries. The findings indicate that the PKBL program has a significant positive impact on community welfare, particularly in the economic aspect, as evidenced by increased income, business assets, and independence among micro and small enterprises. The Partnership Program effectively enhances the capacity of small business partners, while the Community Development Program contributes to social and environmental improvements in the surrounding area. Overall, the implementation of PKBL by PT Petrokimia Gresik successfully promotes community empowerment and fosters a harmonious relationship between the company and its social environment.
