UPAYA PEMERINTAH KOTA SURAKARTA UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI AI DALAM KERJASAMA DENGAN NVIDIA DAN INDOSAT

This study aims to examine the efforts of the Surakarta City Government in establishing cooperation with Nvidia and Indosat in the development of AI technology in accordance with the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs concepts used are SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). The method used in this research is descriptive, supported by various reference sources through literature study and interviews with related parties. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration between the Surakarta City Government, Nvidia, and Indosat not only strengthens the digital ecosystem and regional competitiveness but also encourages technology transfer, increases digital talent capacity, and establishes an AI innovation center, as seen in the Surakarta City Government's efforts in developing AI technology. In addition, this collaboration was analyzed through three aspects of sustainable development, namely the environment, society, and economy, so that development can be welcomed in social life, respect the environment, and have benefits in the economic sector. These three aspects provide a comprehensive analytical framework for understanding the efforts of the Surakarta City Government in its collaboration with Nvidia and Indosat.
