Abstract

The implementation of the One Billion One Village Program (SAMISADE) is a strategic government program to accelerate development and empowerment of rural communities. This program plays a crucial role in strengthening village independence, but systematic evaluation of its effectiveness and impact is still limited, particularly in Bogor Regency. The Bogor Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office, as the implementing and supervisory agency, plays a crucial role in the program's success. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive evaluation of SAMISADE implementation to identify obstacles, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement, thus providing both academic and practical contributions.
The method used was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through direct field observations and in-depth interviews with various stakeholders. The theoretical framework of this research draws on theories of evaluating development and community empowerment programs, which emphasize the importance of community participation, transparency, and effectiveness at every stage of implementation.
