Abstract
Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy is an individual's belief in making effective career decisions, and plays an important role in facing the transition from education to work. This phase often triggers psychological stress among fresh graduates, such as confusion, uncertainty about the future, and the emergence of the Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) phenomenon. This study aims to examine the relationship between Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) and QLC among 130 fresh graduates from the 2024–2025 cohort. This study employs a quantitative correlational approach using accidental sampling. The methodology involves a quantitative correlational approach with measurement tools including the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy scale and the Indonesian version of the Quarter Life Crisis scale. Spearman's analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between CDMSE and QLC (r = 0.632; p < 0.001). Although the CDMSE variable was in the low category and QLC in the moderate category, the direction of the correlation indicated that an increase in CDMSE scores was accompanied by an increase in QLC scores, and vice versa.
