Abstract
This research aims to analyse the partnership evaluation in the development of tourist villages in Sidomulyo Village, Batu City. This research is motivated by the issues in developing tourist villages experienced by Sidomulyo Village, Batu District, Batu City, such as the lack of facilities in the tourist village and limited capital. Starting from these issues, the Sidomulyo village government was encouraged to form partnerships with various parties. This is done to support the sustainability of tourism village development in Sidomulyo Village.
The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources of data used consist of two types: the first is primary data, which is obtained directly from the involved parties through interviews, surveys, and even observations. Thus, in this research, several parties were made sources, such as the Head of Sidomulyo Village, the General Affairs and Administration Officer of Sidomulyo Village, the Head of the Sidomulyo Village Tourism, the Head of BUMDes Sidomulyo, and the Treasurer of BUMDes Sidomulyo. In addition, the second source of data is secondary data obtained from government documents such as the RPJMDes Sidomulyo, SK Desa Wisata, tourism regulations, and even journals relevant to the research.
Based on the analysis of the partnership evaluation in the development of tourist villages in Sidomulyo Village, it was found that the partnership carried out by the Sidomulyo Village Government with several partners has been successful. This is evidenced by the evaluation results using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product), which indicate that the context, input, and process evaluations have been effective because the partnership has introduced programs that support the development of tourist villages in Sidomulyo Village, while the product evaluation indicators have shown less effective results.
