Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture on This study aims to examine the influence of work-family conflict and workload on the performance of female healthcare workers at Loceret and Pace Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Nganjuk Regency, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research design and multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 84 respondents were selected using total sampling technique. The findings reveal that both work-family conflict and workload significantly affect the decline in employee performance. Among the two variables, work-family conflict shows the most dominant effect. Simultaneously, both variables account for 84.6% of the variation in performance. These results highlight the importance of managing work-life balance and equitable task distribution to maintain the quality of healthcare services. This study provides practical implications for human resource management in the public health sector.
