ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DI PT. EKA BINTANG PERKASA

PT. Eka Bintang Perkasa is a company engaged in the field of metal fabrication services construction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of optimal order quantities at PT. Eka Bintang Perkasa and to find out which quantity is the most optimal that will be used later. This study was conducted using the Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity methods. The results of the analysis show that by purchasing raw material inventory every week shows an optimal order quantity that is better than the company's standard. So it can be concluded that it is quite good and has been optimal in purchasing raw materials.
