Abstract

In this era of globalization, developing countries are aggressively pursuing economic development. Every country is required to advance in all areas, particularly in the economic sector. Considering that Indonesia is one of the developing countries, where economic development is currently focused on the food and beverage industry, the issue encountered is the discomfort of employees, which leads to dissatisfaction within the F&B industry due to leadership style and work environment. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of authentic leadership, rewards, and the work environment on job satisfaction. This quantitative research involves a population of 175 employees, with a sample of 75 respondents selected from F&B employees in Malang City. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, followed by data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that authentic leadership significantly influences job satisfaction. Additionally, rewards significantly influence job satisfaction, and the work environment significantly influences job satisfaction. When tested together, authentic leadership dominates over rewards and the work environment in influencing job satisfaction.
