Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainability Performance with Green Training as a mediating variable at the Department of Communication and Information Technology (Diskominfo) of Jombang Regency. The research is based on the growing importance of implementing sustainability practices in public sector organizations, where environmentally-oriented leadership and employee training are key factors in improving sustainability performance. A quantitative approach was employed with a census method involving 48 employees. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed through path analysis using SPSS. The results show that Green Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Sustainability Performance, both directly and indirectly through Green Training. These findings underscore the importance of transformative leadership in promoting environmental training to strengthen the implementation of sustainable practices in government institutions. Green Training is proven to be an effective mediating variable in this relationship. However, the study is limited by its narrow institutional scope and purely quantitative approach. Further research is recommended to broaden the scope across various sectors and consider a mixed-methods approach for a more comprehensive understanding
