Abstract

Law Enforcement Against Cyberporn Crimes, Cyberporn is a form of deviation that occurs online (in the network) by utilizing the main aspects of the development of digital technology, namely ease of access, confidentiality of identity, and speed of information distribution in cyberspace, this crime involves the process of distribution, storage, to mass production of pornographic content that can be accessed by anyone through websites, digital applications, or other social media platforms. This paper aims to find out and analyze law enforcement against cyberporn crimes. The method used in this paper is sociological juridical with techniques for collecting study materials interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The conclusions and suggestions from this paper are that community compliance and discipline depend on the individual. According to the author, the factor of the community around the Blitar Regency area not having awareness to comply with laws and regulations is still very lacking and is an obstacle to the implementation of effective law enforcement in the Blitar Police area. It would be better if the implementation of socialization and supervision was carried out in every remote area because there are still many people who are still unfamiliar with what the ITE Law is and what is meant by cyberporn.
