Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of servant leadership and organizational interpersonal communication on organizational commitment among employees at Peneleh Publishing Company. Servant leadership, as an approach that emphasizes service to team members, is believed to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. On the other hand, efficient interpersonal communication within the organization plays a crucial role in creating balanced working relationships and enhancing employee loyalty. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach, involving respondents selected through purposive sampling from within the company. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire based on indicators of variables that have been proven to be valid and reliable. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The research findings indicate that servant leadership and interpersonal communication within the organization have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. This study highlights the importance of servant leadership and effective communication patterns in building employee commitment to the organization.
