HUBUNGAN STIGMA MASYARAKAT DAN STRESS ORANG TUA ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DIMODERATORI OLEH COPING STRESS

This study aims to reveal the relationships public stigma against stress of parents who have children with special needs was moderated by coping with stress. Subjects numbered 118. Stigma scale research instrument use, Parental Index Scale Short Form (PSI-SF) and stress coping scale. The analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed social stigma significant effect on the stress of parents of children with special needs (β = 0.887; p = 0.000), Problem focused coping (PFC) and emotional focused coping (EFC) give no moderating effect on the relationship social stigma and stress parents special needs (β = - 0.002, p = 0.200) and (β = -0.001, p = 0.231).
