Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the solid waste processing process at PT Fan Jaya Abadi has met the company's quality standards and how the implementation of Total Quality Environmental Management using the Fishbone Diagram method in the Solid Waste Processing Process of PT Fan Jaya Abadi. The object of this study is PT Fan Jaya Abadi, a company engaged in the processing of industrial solid waste and the waste will be processed into raw materials for compost fertilizer. This company has approximately 1 hectare of land, this land is managed as a gardening area. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative data needed in this study are the results of interviews, observations, and documentation, related to the industrial waste processing process at PT Fan Jaya Abadi. While the quantitative data needed in this study is the amount of waste managed each day which includes the volume of waste, the number of workers, and the number of working hours. The data analysis technique used is a fishbone diagram analysis. The results of the study showed that there were still quality defects in the waste processing carried out, namely soft and smelly textured waste so that it still did not meet the company's quality standards. The implementation of TQEM (Total Quality Environmental Management) at PT Fan Jaya Abadi is demonstrated by the encouragement for the company to improve the quality of waste products produced and to process industrial waste effectively and efficiently.
