Abstract

Pile driving is one of the initial stages in the implementation of a construction project and serves as an important indicator, as delays at this stage have the potential to hinder the smooth progress of subsequent work. In the Kolpajung Pamekasan Market Development Project, pile driving was carried out using a hydraulic static pile driver. This study aims to measure the productivity level of pile driving work and identify the factors that hinder it. Productivity analysis was conducted using the unit completed method, while analysis of hindering factors was performed using multiple regression analysis. Data on the relationship between influencing factors and productivity levels were processed using IBM SPSS software. Observations were conducted over 20 days through daily observations at 218 pile driving points. The results of the study indicate that the ideal productivity target is 29.25 m/hour, while the actual average productivity in the field only reaches 23.88 m/hour. Management factors are the main cause of the decline in productivity, contributing 35.73%, while environmental factors have the smallest influence at 1.50%.
