Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work productivity and professionalism on employee performance. Work productivity and professionalism are considered key factors that can improve employee performance, as both play a role in determining the extent to which employees can effectively complete their tasks and responsibilities. This study used a survey method with a sample of employees from various industries. The results show that work productivity and professionalism have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Employees with high productivity and a high level of professionalism tend to demonstrate more optimal performance. High productivity enables employees to complete tasks more efficiently, while strong professionalism contributes to better work quality and accuracy. This study also emphasizes the importance of companies improving employee productivity and professionalism to boost their performance. These efforts can be achieved through training, skills development, and creating a supportive work environment. The findings of this study provide insights for companies to improve employee performance and serve as a reference for further research into the factors that influence workplace performance
