Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work productivity and professionalism on employee performance. Work productivity and professionalism are considered key factors that can improve employee performance, as both play a role in determining the extent to which employees can effectively complete their tasks and responsibilities. This study used a survey method with a sample of employees from various industries.
