Abstract

This research aims to develop a monitoring system as security on motorized vehicles through the integration of fingerprint technology, passwords, GPS, and SIM800L modules in the Internet of Things (IoT). This system is designed to improve vehicle security, provide accurate location information, and enable the use of security features through mobile devices. The research method used is a design that is carried out through stages starting with data collection, data processing, data analysis, and test scenarios. The SIM800L implementation design in vehicle monitoring utilizes SIM800L technology as a communication medium between the device and the user. In this design, Arduino plays an important role as the brain of the system which functions to store and read security systems such as fingerprints and passwords as double authentication and also read commands from users. This can help users in monitoring the system for security on motorized vehicles. The test results show that the system is able to work in accordance with the design.
