Abstract

This research aims to describe: 1) the personality of female students developed at PMDG Putri Campus 5 Kandangan; 2) the role of Nisaiyah education in shaping the personality of female students at PMDG Putri Campus 5 Kandangan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research location is conducted at PMDG Putri Campus 5 Kandangan Kediri. The research informants consist of class guardians, teachers who teach Nisaiyah material, and female students. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that: 1) the personality of the female students developed reflects religious values, independence, responsibility, social concern, with main indicators being respect towards teachers, obedience to parents, and habituation of good ethics. 2) Nisaiyah education is conducted through a process of habituation, exemplary modeling, skill training, and value internalization in both intra and extracurricular activities such as culinary practice, parenting, ethics of dressing training, behavior, etc., thus shaping female students into Muslimah individuals who are ready to face the challenges of the times without losing their Islamic identity.
