Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine employee responses to Workload, Work Stress and Employee Performance, explain the effect of Workload on Employee Performance, Work Stress affects Employee Performance and find variables that have a dominant impact on Employee Performance of PLN UP3 Malang employees. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research, with a population of employees working in the PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Malang, with a sample size of 45 respondents. Data analysis techniques using scale range analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the workload obtained is included in the low category, low work stress and employee performance is included in the sufficient category. The results of the analysis show that work has a negative and significant effect between the load on employee performance. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a negative and significant effect between work stress on employee performance and work stress has a dominant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Malang.
