Abstract

Toll roads play an important role in supporting the country's economic growth. The Trans Java Toll Road is one of the government's efforts to support development in Indonesia to grow. This toll road stretches from the western tip to the eastern tip of Java Island. The Trans Java Toll Road has a total length of 1132 kilometers. This project has 18 toll road sections, the last section is the Probolinggo - Banyuwangi Toll Road which has a length of 171.52 kilometers consisting of 7 sections. In this final project will discuss about rigid pavement on toll road. The location taken is included in section 3 Paiton - Besuki. The purpose of this planning is to plan the thickness of rigid pavement and the budget plan that needs to be spent in toll road planning. The data needed include lhr data, rainfall data, soil cbr data and location maps, after all data is collected, planning is carried out using the AASHTO 1993 and Bina Marga 2017 methods then ending with the calculation of the RAB in accordance with the planned pavement thickness. So that the design results of the concrete slab thickness of 34 cm are obtained using the AASHTO 1993 method, while in the planning using the Bina Marga 2017 method, the concrete slab thickness is around 21 cm. For the budget plan obtained in each method, the results are different. In the AASHTO 1993 method, the resulting cost plan is Rp. 105,674,513,703.03. While rigid pavement using the Bina Marga 2017 method, the cost plan is Rp. 69,477,220,342.17. This budget plan has differences due to the different rigid pavement thickness planning results.
