Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of structural capital in supporting the achievement of the Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Wonorejo Village, Pasuruan Regency in 2023. Structural capital, as a key component of intellectual capital, encompasses institutionalized village systems, procedures, regulations, institutions, and infrastructure. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the Wonorejo Village Government has implemented structural capital systematically and integratedly across various sectors, such as health, food security, infrastructure, and economic empowerment. Practices include optimizing integrated health service posts (Posyandu), utilizing population data for social assistance distribution, constructing irrigation and farm roads, and developing the local economy through village tourism and MSMEs. The reduction in extreme poverty to 0.11% is an indicator of the success of the structural capital-based development strategy. This research provides a practical contribution to strengthening participatory and sustainable village governance and can serve as a model for replication for other villages in achieving the Village SDGs.
