Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and interpersonal conflict on employee performance at PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Semarang. The population in this study consists of all permanent employees, totaling 240 individuals. The sample included 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling with criteria: permanent employees who have worked for at least five years. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The work-life balance variable was measured using three indicators: time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. The interpersonal conflict variable was measured using five indicators: differences of opinion, differences in background, differences in interests, personality differences, and self-pressure. Meanwhile, employee performance was assessed using four indicators: work quality, quantity, timeliness, and teamwork. The measurement scale used in the questionnaire was a five-point Likert scale. The results showed that work-life balance had no significant effect on employee performance, while interpersonal conflict had a significantly negative effect.
