Abstract

The Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office Building has a building area of 4967.5 m2 consisting of 5 floors with a floor height of 4.2 m. The foundation is a very important job because the foundation can withstand the load due to the upper structure. The choice of foundation is also influenced by the magnitude of the soil's bearing capacity. The maximum axial load acting on the pile foundation from the results of the loading analysis using Staad.Pro V8i software is 2637.264 kN which occurs at point 45. The pile foundation used in the planning is a spun pile type from PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. With a diameter of 600 mm, class A2 with a length of 14 m. The single pile bearing capacity value is 1682.01 kN for DB-1 and 1660.06 kN for DB-2. The largest immediate settlement occurred in foundation D, which was 0.759 cm, with a Pile Cap that is a rectangle measuring 360 cm × 720 cm, for longitudinal reinforcement in the x and y directions using D25-300 (compression) D25-150 (tension) and shrinkage reinforcement using D32-50.
