Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational climate on turnover intention in CV employees. Yodisya Pratama Jaya partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is a research using quantitative methods. The research population is 45 employees in CV. Yodisya Pratama Jaya. The sample was determined using the total sampling method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 45 respondents. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention and organizational climate has a significant effect on turnover intention. The results of simultaneously (together) job satisfaction and organizational climate have a significant effect on turnover intention in CV employees. Yodisya Pratama Jaya. These results prove that employees who are satisfied with their jobs and work in a good organizational climate environment will decrease their interest in doing turnover intentions.
